Graterol Back Surgery Threatens Remainder of 2026 Season
The Dodgers reliever, already returning from 2024 shoulder surgery, now faces another major setback that could end his 2026 campaign.
Dodgers right-hander Brusdar Graterol had back surgery and is at risk of missing the entire remainder of the 2026 season. He had previously undergone shoulder surgery in November 2024 and missed all of 2025. Graterol has been plagued by injuries throughout his career, pitching just seven regular-season innings in 2024. Despite a strong 2.78 career ERA, he has accumulated only 190.2 innings across parts of six MLB seasons.
