Zastryzny Activated by Brewers After Shoulder Strain Recovery

Milwaukee's left-handed reliever is back after missing nearly two months with a left shoulder strain suffered in spring training.

Rob Zastryzny has been activated off the 60-day IL by the Brewers and will rejoin their bullpen. He suffered a left shoulder strain in spring training, was placed on the 15-day IL on March 25, and transferred to the 60-day IL in mid-April. In 29 2/3 innings across parts of two seasons with Milwaukee, he owns a 2.12 ERA and has held opposing hitters to a .580 OPS. Carlos Rodriguez was optioned to Triple-A to clear a roster spot.
