The Mets will option RHP Tobias Myers prior to Saturday's game against the Marlins, per The Athletic's Will Sammon. The move comes after New York used seven pitchers in a 9-7 extra-inning win Friday. Myers has struggled recently, allowing five runs over his last five appearances covering 5.2 innings. The identity of his replacement on the roster has not been announced.
