For Thursday's rubber match against Atlanta at Fenway Park, the Red Sox are returning Andruw Monasterio, Carlos Narváez, and Caleb Durbin to the starting lineup. Monasterio will serve as the designated hitter, taking the spot held by Masataka Yoshida. Narváez reclaims the starting catcher role, and Durbin also slots back in.
